The Happy Players

It all started with a 2013 Christmas gift and the "Beer Barrel Polka" on a cell phone...(The Happy Players). This group of young energetic musicians started when Jameson brought his new accordion to the Middle School to show his band director, who had a love for Polka. He saw the potential and put this group together. They soon won the hearts of many in the area.

The group consisted of:

Turner Blick - Drums, and Vocals.

Jackson Brettmann - Trumpet, Keyboard, and Guitar.

Jameson Brettmann - Accordion, Trombone, and Vocals.

Luke Eisenmenger - Tuba, and Bass guitar.

In 2023 Jackson Brettmann left the group. We thank him for sharing his musical talents with us for 9 years. We have since replaced him with our fantastic Trumpet player, Stephen Vala. We are so happy he joined us.

We hope our band helps to promote a multigenerational love for Polka music.
